With 2.5 bathrooms (including a tub/shower combo, stand-up shower, and half bath), there's plenty of room for everyone to refresh and recharge. Hot Tub Hideaway: Soak and unwind in the private hot tub, tucked beneath the trees and surrounded by peaceful views. NEW!!!!! -Guest must be 25 or older to rent property and ID is required for all adult guests. -Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. A sound monitor is in place to help everyone enjoy a restful stay—thanks for being respectful. -To reach the home, you’ll drive through a small mobile home park—your peaceful getaway sits beyond it on a private, wooded lot. -Please report any damage during your stay. Guests are responsible for any major issues; additional fees may apply. -Wi-Fi is provided, though speeds may vary due to the rural setting. -The hot tub is cleaned between each stay. Please shower before use to help maintain water quality. -If excessive hot tub cleaning or repair is required, guest will be charged a $250 fee. -Absolutely no hot tub use after pond contact—pond water can damage the system and will result in cleaning or repair charges. -Children must be supervised at all times. -Keep the hot tub covered and locked when not in use. Do not Turn off, unplug or drain it. -The pond is catch-and-release only—no swimming due to safety and maintenance reasons. -Volleyball net is seasonal, available spring through fall. -Fire pit use is welcome—please note that firewood will likely be available but is not guaranteed. -Trails may be uneven or slippery—sturdy shoes are recommended. -You may see deer, birds, turkeys and other wildlife—please enjoy from a distance and do not feed them. -No parties, events, or indoor smoking. -No pets, fireworks, firearms, glitter, confetti, or open flames (including candles and incense). -Please do not enter the barns, sheds, garage, or greenhouse—these are off-limits and used for storage. -Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. -Indoor furniture stays indoors—please return things to their original place if rearranged. -Families are welcome—just note the home is not baby-proofed, so please take any precautions needed for little ones.

Private quiet setting however you do have a very short drive through a mobile home park to enter the property. Once onsite the park is not visible. Please note that the owners may occasionally need to access the barn and or tend to the lawn during the stay.

Guests have full private access to the home and all 9 acres, including the hot tub, fire pit, woods, fishing pond (catch and release), large front yard with volleyball area, and both family/rec/game room. The driveway has plenty of parking.
